I just called to Samsung and they told me that I need to send my phone to their techlical center. It's a problem with hardware. They will try to fix it or send me a new phone. I found out that I had problems with the screen just a few days ago and now it's getting only worse. First I had the same issue with my offline mix music on TH-cam and later I couldn't proparly to go through my photo albums or even to type a message. My words would have numbers and other letters just like someone would keep his finger on my screen while I type my message. They told me that I need to try to reboot my phone but it didn't work. I even couldn't skip my wifi settings after rebooting because the panel "skip" just didn't work.

I'm having trouble too. Mine takes 3 to 10 trys to work.
I noticed it's only in the TH-cam-app that this is a problem. Seems to work perfectly fine overall
