And I appreciate that he gave us the exact distances he was using. Very helpful.

Rega make great CD players. The Saturn was a well thought of piece of kit. Many people in the UK matched with The Mira 3 which was also a well reviewed amplifier. Best wishes Terry uk 🇬🇧👍

This is a really nice set. Too bad the build quality on the Mira is not the same.

The haze is probably from our west coast wildfires making it over to you👨🏼‍🚒🔥Our whole summer has been hazy because of them.
So are the Rega units keepers or are they just for review?
They’re beautiful units and the setup sounds great.

Love Graceland! So almost 20 years ago, I really wanted a Jupiter CD player (the predecessor to the Saturn) but was unable to afford one. Soon after, I became pretty involved with vinyl, so digital playback became a secondary pursuit. That said, Rega's top loading cd player seem very cool, and your Rega + Totem setup looks like it has a huge fun factor. Enjoyed watching your speaker placement approach and looking forward to seeing what you do when you fill the blue envelope.

Yes, Graceland is a must have 👍
      - This Rega Saturn really is a nice player. It might even get a permanent spot in the big system 😉 let’s see what happens.
      - As for the blue envelope, I am scouting second hand for things that are interesting, maybe a little unknown (not another KEF LS50 😜) or things that I (just like you said) could not afford when they came out. And that’s a pretty long list 😀

@@theaudiophilebarista2424 Your video has inspired me to reposition my speakers this weekend. Mine sit in our living room so I can get the most use out of them, but since that's a (high) traffic space, its a balancing act between sonics and protecting the speakers and feet that could bump into them.
Looking forward to seeing how the Saturn compares to your existing CD playback system.

Please tell me you didn't sell the Ocellia

For budgetary reasons, you inform us, you sell your Totem speakers in order to buy other speakers. Is that not a bit odd, unless you are saving up for something really special and expensive. Are you?

Hi, good question. I believe I explained in another vlog (should have said it in this one too, sorry) that the budget is intended to generate new equipment to show you guys.
      - However, If I can make a little profit on the sales and get more and more interesting equipment for the channel that would be a great bonus. Who knows I may and up upgrading my own setup.
      - Thanks for watching 👍☕️🔊

Quick question my friend, can i connect 75 watt × 8 ohms speakers to amp that throw 2×30 watt into 8ohms power? Please help. I got sonos sp100 and i wanna connect them to philips fp9410 midi syste.

Hi, there is not really a quick answer but in general a more powerful amp is better.
      - However, you can safely connect your amp to your loudspeakers without any problem. Just don't play them at 'party' levels. Listen for distortion.
      - But I invite you to Google this a bit because it is much more complex.
