Both the blind man and family gained through an experience and free promo, and mercedes benz gains by "tricking" people into thinking they're selfless. (Obviously I don't see it as a trick, its a win-win, sometimes people do nice things for other people just because it makes themselves feel good, same shit basically).

True Story: I live a few miles away from Bart’s repair shop. I took my car in for a tire rotation and it was done so professionally and faster than any other mechanic I’ve been to. He’s got a great crew. I never knew he had the chance to drive a car. This is amazing stuff from Mercedes Benz.

Words can’t describe my awe to find this in my suggested videos. My respect for Mercedes and the people behind this are immeasurable. As someone who constantly tweaked computers and electronics to suit my nearly completely blind father in his last years, it’s so heartwarming to see this. The look on his face driving reminded me so much of my dad, when I would build small computers hooked up to the TV with Voice assistance on. When his dad took off in that car it felt like the first time dad said “play Perry Mason” to the PC/TV.

@@MercedesBenz Wow, thank you for the unexpected reply. I am humbled. The video really moved me as a person, not just a petrol head and MB owner. I have owned a 2005 SLK 350 manual for 3 years. It is on 60 000 miles and is cared for a lot. Tomorrow it is being treated to some underseal and a new cat back exhaust. I absolutely love the car. Before that I have owned MB cars. I love how they drive and are designed. I have owned many brands, but Mercedes-Benz are my favourites. I like the idea of an R170 SLK32 AMG, but for now my R171 350 is just right being a manual model. The V6 sound is subtle, yet under load will echo. I cannot wait to hear the new exhaust and to return the car to showroom condition. It is a beautiful car, and much loved. I am lucky to own such a wondeful and well made car.

I’m not a fan of Mercedes but this commercial, really more of an emotional story, is the type of advertising that we need more of. No more of Chevy’s stupid “real people” ads and fake BS JD Power awards...much respect to Mercedes Benz for making marketing much more than about their brand and turning it to something inspiring and uplifting. This would genuinely make me consider mb again (once I can actually afford a decent car), haha... 😆

Haha you dont see to many 80s or 90s mercedes driving around but you'll still see an old ass chevy hittin 80 on the freeway cuttin you off to your way to work so you follow them to there job which is coincidently right across the street from yours so it gets kinda awkward because you dont wanna fight in front of your boss but you wanna let that chevy owner whats on your mind so you write him a note hand it to him to meet you somewhere after work so you bring your coworkers and he brings his nd yall have a full fledged royal rumble 2 people get killed and 14 are injured but josh is fine because he had called in sick but really hes out getting drunk with his stepdad who beats his mom so he drinks to heal the pain but his stepdad just drinks to beat his wife but anywho you and that chevy owner are going at it he hits you in the rib then you get him back with a elbow to the thigh but he grabs you and yall start wrestling and his wallet falls out you see his i.d ohh he has the last name nd at moment while hes fighting to submerge your head in a puddle you get a good look at his face then look back at yours and you realise you are twins!
