Tharemy Hopkins I would be like super interested in buying one of these off you I’m rly big into golf and I have a wall of unique putters and I think this would fit perfect on it just let me know
For folks looking for information on the tape measure it is a Farrand Rapid Rule from the 20's. Farrand invented the curved metal shape of the tape that is the standard for all modern tape measures.
Do you dimensions of the putter? I didn't see any on your website. I did purchase your trestle base plans and made it for my table. Very good plans! Thanks
That is awesome!!!! I dig the blue one the most, but the clear one looks like a peice of quartz in between there, keep the videos coming can't get enough of you content!
Finally was able to get home from work and watch this! Your work is some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Both are beautiful, I’d say that the clear is probably my favorite.
Chris, the clear putter would be my choice for best looking putter. Honestly, if the putter isn't face balanced, it won't go in my bag. Very happy to see you have the sense to equip your shop with a Saw Stop table saw. I became an instant fan of the Saw Stop table saws after I took half my thumb off! Still don't have one, can't afford it, but if I could, I'd buy one in a heartbeat!
@@ThirdCoastCraftsman huge fan, I've been collecting vintage hand tools lately, and I just watched your plane restore video. I'm out of Wateford, let me know when the ne t meet and greet is, I'll definitely come out.
Very nice work sir! For weighting the head i would also suggest holes drilled with weighted inserts that could be adjusted to suit .Or perhaps cutting the wood in half and mortising the interior for weighted inserts and totally conceal the metal.
Looks like the put put golf course in Grand Ledge. When I lived in Portland we would go over there and play. Great video!! That's a awesome putter!!! The blue one should have been green with maybe a little "S" on it!!!
I like the blue one. But the clear one I feel is just awesome because you can see the grass under it. As if you’re tapping the ball with the inlay wire. Either way, totally awesome.
This has to be one of my favorite videos u have made yet! Those putters are so awesome! Great job! I wonder what one would bring at a charity auction? Too bad Utz didn't get to play putt putt with you. I love the blue one by far the most!
Man, I ain't been to Funtime since I was in the third grade. That was an awfully dang time long ago. I enjoy your videos very much and it is good to see some content that is quality coming out of the capital city.
I like the clear better. I am reminded of the pine wood derby when I was a kid. Dad and I made the car the perfect weight by adding molten led into some cavities drilled into it. I'd bet that would work well to ajust the weight.
@@ThirdCoastCraftsman You should look into getting sponsored by them considering you get thousands of views per video. I am sure they would look into it? Then you would have all the boots you can handle!

Those look incredible Chris. Love the look of both of them but kind of like the blue one a little better. I think the brass on the sides of the blue one makes it really stand out besides the beautiful wood with the blue epoxy.
While clearly perfectly usable - they look like they'd also be neat trophies/awards for an event. Well done!
Tharemy Hopkins I would be like super interested in buying one of these off you I’m rly big into golf and I have a wall of unique putters and I think this would fit perfect on it just let me know
I could watch you make golf clubs all day!
One of the coolest things I’ve seen made. Could watch this all day!
For folks looking for information on the tape measure it is a Farrand Rapid Rule from the 20's. Farrand invented the curved metal shape of the tape that is the standard for all modern tape measures.
Thank you so much. I couldn't find any information on it. My curiosity is satisfied at last!
Definitely the blue putter. Guaranteed if you pulled that putter out during a regular golf match you'd be the hit amoung the group. Fantastic job.
Since I dont have a steam bender, I may have to make one and transfer the shaft of my existing putter to this. It would be sweet
I have made several of these now. Fun like crazy. Shaft angles and nailing the math is the hard part.
Do you dimensions of the putter? I didn't see any on your website. I did purchase your trestle base plans and made it for my table. Very good plans! Thanks
My favourite one is the clear one it looks great
That blue one is gorgeous but you got the clear epoxy so perfect I have to say that is my favorite!
very nice!! i like the clear one. It is more elegant as the clear shows the grass through it. Very creative and well done!
Thanks so much!
Beautiful... Love that brass line.
3:06 Nice shield 😁
Thats one of the coolest things I've ever seen well done i whould love a putter like that
I am amazed that you got a crowd that big to watch you play mini putting. And BLUE definitely BLUE.
These are great... however, the tote over the belt sander is genius! I'm doing that tonight!
I have a separate shop vac with a hose through the back of the tote, makes a big difference!
I love those putters ... I wanna make some now
I would have set the brass inlays with screws instead of epoxy. That way you could add or subtract weights under the brass to customize the putter!
They both look great! Can they stand being thrown 20 yds or more after I miss another 3-footer!! :)
Lol
Awesome project! I’ll have to make something similar for my brothers they are big golfers
They both look great but the clear is just classy as hell.
That clear one is amazing!!! Did I see you score nothing but holes in one?!?! Impressive Chris.
Thanks. And yes nothing but hole in ones 🤣
It's really good work ... I like blue one because it's my favourite colour
Both look great. I personally like the color in the middle, making it easier to see the sight line, but I like the look of the clear overall better.
Way cool. Double bending the shaft takes mad skills!
Yea it was definitely tricky but came out pretty good haha
Nice putter man I admire your skills as a wood worker
Love it(the clear putter). You always make me want to go buy more tools with every episode.
Awesome work Chris! 😃👍🏻⛳🏌️👊🏻
Thanks Fred!
Bleu is the color i like the most! great build. I'm curious to work with epoxy myself
Dude, I haven't seen a wood shafted club in a really long time. Good on you man!
I love the idea and the execution! I thought I would like the blue one more, but really loved the clear one.
They look really nice.
The blue one is sick
Beautiful!
That is awesome!!!! I dig the blue one the most, but the clear one looks like a peice of quartz in between there, keep the videos coming can't get enough of you content!
Thanks so much ty! I really appreciate that
Love the blue one
Those are absolutely stunning.
Thanks man!
Nice job, they look awesome. I like the clear one better but they are both a piece of art.
Finally was able to get home from work and watch this! Your work is some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Both are beautiful, I’d say that the clear is probably my favorite.
Thanks so much man! Really appreciate that
Blue for sure!
Absolutely love those! Great use of epoxy
GL Funtyme and Johnson’s tags! Lots of Lansing area representation here! Love it
TH-cam is a strange place. I do not like golf at all, but suddenly I found myself watching this video and your incredible woodworking skill.
good job
Haha well I’m glad you did watch and liked the video!

The clear epoxy is my choice, and the side brass on the blue one, top quality.
Thanks man!

Beautiful putter . It will make perfect balls
So rad! I personally like the brass inlay with the blue resin but both are sick! Good job :-)
Very nice work sir! For weighting the head i would also suggest holes drilled with weighted inserts that could be adjusted to suit .Or perhaps cutting the wood in half and mortising the interior for weighted inserts and totally conceal the metal.
So beautiful
Great job 👍👍👍👍👍
Very creative and attractive work - bravo!
Thanks bud!
I like the blue. Great job.
They turned out awesome! Love the blue, just such a sweet contrast
thanks man, Yea im pretty happy!
Looks like the put put golf course in Grand Ledge. When I lived in Portland we would go over there and play. Great video!! That's a awesome putter!!! The blue one should have been green with maybe a little "S" on it!!!
It was!
Love your belt sander dust control.
it works wonders!
Can’t wait to get home from the ship and watch this! Been waiting for a new TCC video for a while!
Hope you like it man!
I like how blue had sode inlays but i like the clear epoxy more
You never cease to amaze with your creativity and skill! I especially love the brass sightline detail.
Very nice work
Any info on that tape measure you use at 1:09? I've never seen anything quite like that before.
same i have never seen one before. i want one just for the fun of it.
Farrand rapid rule
No comparison, Blue. Blue is my favorite color though 😜
Best ever. Such a great idea and execution.
Thank you!
I wouldn't have thought that putter would yield such an excellent game, but I saw the edited video with my own eyes.
see it just goes to show that with the proper equipment anything is possible :)
Best use of scrap wood ever
These look awesome! One thing you should have added was tabs or something to the back side of the putter so you could scoop up your ball. Good work!
Great project and an impressive scorecard
Wonderful piece of art, I would have preferred a metallic shaft and bought it.
Beautiful project, fun video.
thanks bud!
Just awesome!
Really unique project! They look fantastic!
Both are beautiful pieces, my vote goes to the clear one though!
I like the blue one. But the clear one I feel is just awesome because you can see the grass under it. As if you’re tapping the ball with the inlay wire. Either way, totally awesome.
Thanks bud! It’s definitely hard to pick
Good job!
Just tap it in...
exactly
I really want one of those in my bag😍😍Great job
I want one! Amazing work
Very nice!

good work. love it
Vary Awesome putters love your work
Great build, Chris. Definitely worth the impatient waiting...
Haha thanks man
Great job and beautiful work.
I dont think I'd hit a ball with that putter. Nice craftsmanship
I like your golf driver sound you have going everything you putt lol.
The putters are stunning! How is the feel though? I'm more jealous of all the cool tools.
Super cool project and they are awesome!
Thanks man!
Great job man
thanks bud
I like the clear one better. But both are very cool!
Thanks!

Love the creativity!!
I like the blue one. And if as good as shawn, I'll take a dozen. Really fun build. Thanks for sharing your talent.
Great job and video.

Sick Red Wing hat if I saw that correctly! I live right in Red wing, MN. Great company with some amazing working/hiking boots...
I own seven pairs of red wings haha. Love them

More hand tools please!...cool use of epoxy!

The brass inlay was a nice touch! I bet it would look sweet if you checkered the putter face just like Andy Rawl's did on the belt buckle.
That tape measure is fye
Those look incredible Chris. Love the look of both of them but kind of like the blue one a little better. I think the brass on the sides of the blue one makes it really stand out besides the beautiful wood with the blue epoxy.
World's coolest measuring tape!
Amazing build man they look great
Dude, too cool! What a fun project. 👍👍
Thanks bud
Great work. I've been wanting to make a putter. I have some Paduck and ebony I will use. I may pass on the epoxy, I don't have a pressure chamber.
