    10 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (2x45/35 lb)
    6 Handstand Push-Ups on Dumbbells

    Only have 12.5 lb dumbbells so doubled the amount of hang squat cleans to 20 each round. Complete shoulder burner here with some lower back work as well. Was able to keep the strict handstand push-ups unbroken but knew the 20 hang squat cleans would need a break each round. Wanted to keep the rounds to 1:30 average and just barely held that with a little bit of a sprinty finish. Eventually started using my lower back to help on the hang cleans and utilized a step each rep to reach a comfortable squatting position. Not as much legs as I thought there would be considering I had 240 squats mixed in here but with a heavier weight I’m sure it would have been different. Give this one a go!
