Next time use tape to hold the roll pan to the sides while you have it in place with the tail gate up. Then take the tail gate off and mark your holes. That way it's lined up nice with the tail gate. And you don't need a friend.

I used socket extensions to get the spare out. If you flip them around backwards and stack about 10 longer ones it will work like a dream!
