And now can you design something that makes a trim router less unbearably loud! 😝🙉

instead of steel guide bars some 3d printer ptfe tubes could have been a good choice i think

Awesome build, but for less money (140$) we can get amazing metal router lifter from china.

  • @DomBurgess

Love this. Would love even more if there could be a collar to clamp the router in place rather than tightening all the bolts. My biggest gripe with router tables is all the bolts and nuts. Amazing to see the commitment to making a great product though, appreciate it!

This guy should be employed by makita or jessem or some other router company!!!

This is freaking incredible! Are youtube insane?! Only 93.3k subs?! At the very least 933k but more fitting for 9.33M subs! 😍😍😍😍

I absolutely love this video. I've been a woodworker my entire life. People ask when I started and I don't know what to say. My father is a woodworker and I am told I could read a tape measure before I could read a book. Now being 50yrs old and heavily into cnc, laser and 3D printing I love seeing things that just 10yrs ago were impossible for small shops.

You are blowing my mind with this workflow. Never seen Rhino before.

I wanted you to know that I just received the MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRIM ROUTER JIG yesterday. I opened it up this morning and I am blown away. I can't wait to get it hooked and test it out.

Grasshopper for all of the gears is neat. also consider that there are 10,000s of automotive small driveline & trans-axle parts that would be very inexpensive, easy to design around and forever reliable. Your stuff is awesome! keep it up!

Beyond the tool itself, the mechanics are very interesting and well thought out. It's nice to see a use of 3D printed parts like that.

Я в шоке от проделанной работы до готового образца. В конце прям пояснил 😁

Thanks for this! I've never seen your videos in the past (unti last night) and am very pleased TH-cam decided to recommend your channel. Liked subscribed and super happy to have bought the 3.0 kit and your router table dust & fence system. Can't wait for things to get shipped and to start making my own! Thank you.
