    Matt, outstanding instructional video. Thank you. I have a similar problem. Interesting thing for us is we typically run our ceiling fan at night and the light would randomly come on. Kind of startling.
    I’m looking for a replacement LED bulb for a Minka CF352ER-01. The connector is slightly different than yours, but essentially the process to replace should be the same. Stamped on the light is the manufacturer name (Seoul semiconductor). It is a 24W light. Part number SMJE-2G24956C-CN. If you have suggestions on where I might find this, that would be appreciated. I’ve searched, but no luck so far.
    Thx. Mark

      Hi Mark, thanks for the comment. Glad the video is helping you out! Sorry for the delayed response. Here's a 24w one I found but I always recommend measuring the diameter of the bulb. The one in this link is just over 5 inches. If you'd like to take a picture of the front and back of the bulb and email me at fixanythingsavemoney@gmail.com I can definitely help you more. Just let me know what diameter you measure.

      @fixanythingsavemoney  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When you take the old bulb out see what it says as far as wattage. You may be able to buy one with higher watts and lumens but I'd just check the actual fan fixture and see what the fixture permits. The link here in the comments takes you to a bulb that I bought and it actually has 2 different options to select for wattage. Hope that helps but reach out with any other questions! Thanks for watching, have a great weekend!

    Hi! This is super helpful, I just moved into a new apartment and the LED in the living room needs to be replaced. I’m not sure the manufacturer for the fan itself, but the bulb says “SW17LED-EG02” do you know of a replacement bulb for this? It’s about 6.5 inches in diameter

    • @fixanythingsavemoney
      @fixanythingsavemoney  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks, glad you found the video helpful! Below are two links (paid links). The first one is the one that I bought and used in the video. I don't believe it is 6.5" in diameter but it was very easy to install so you may want to try it. The second link is the one that I just found that says it is 6.5" in diameter. I'd compare the bulb you took out to both of these and try to find the best match. Unfortunately buying the same exact bulb seems to be next to impossible so you just want to make sure the connector is the same so you can easily swap them out. I would try the first link I sent and if it doesn't work then you can always return it and buy the second! Sorry it's not more straightforward than that but hopefully it helps!

      I don't think it will work for every led fan on the market. My recommendation is to remove the old led light and try to compare it to the link in the video description to see if the connector is similar. Worst case you can buy it and return it though if the connector doesn't fit. Hopefully that helps! Thanks for watching, have a great day!

      I have a different model in 3 separate rooms. I found out my son swapped the remotes. There are 4 tiny switches in the battery panel and on the fan. They are used to program each remote to a specific fan. It was too dark to see the combination that matched the fan in that room. So, we tried several different combinations until it worked.
