I think it’s great. I love the property, and the idea of having separate rooms for guests, Even if you put $100k into it, it’s still a great deal.

I think the Best is to Just Make an Open Concept Renovation, It Definitely Needs Lots of Work, but For someone who has Construction and Renovation Knowledge it will be Fantastic Deal, Just the Land itself is Worth the value. an awesome Deal!! The price is very good, however, it is a little more rural than I would prefer. It would make a nice option for my 2nd Italian home. ;)

Any time! This is the kind of space that I personally love. My wife, might not agree, she's a city girl, but she isn't as much into the big cities as she used to be.
There is much to Love about the property. Views are worth money themselves. The countryside is gorgeous. The space, the history, the land. For me no. Someone will Love it.

Hi Smaco. In order to determine that we'd need to see the visura catastale which was not available that day. It also is potentially 0 if someone chose to take up fiscal residency. There are many factors that could change its taxation. I will ask Kylie if she has the Visura yet.
