They improved even more on the combat in Knight, but I feel is a bit of a downgrade on (some) side missions. Gameplay is what is important though so they definitely made up for it with post launch content in Knight.
First time playing archam series it really surprised me how perfect the game is. The atmosphere, the characters, the graphics, the city looks like you are in a Batman movie. This game is definitely worth wasting your time on.
