Just watching last of s17. Such a beautiful series I grew up with and always gives a kind of feeling you all know who watch it..hoping to see a house that is next to foggys ,the white house just back from it..
Many of the locations were not in holmfirth. Marsden, slaithwaite, Beaumont park, meltham and others were often used. Many of the landscape views were from mount scar, and cheesegate nab, overlooking hepworth.
1m40s there it is the white/cream one with grey satellite ..the house intreagues me as to how the top is on one level and the bottom must come out on another road level ????
It was a bit of a shame people wanted to see cleg, foggy, and compo. Unfortunately they can't at they where to old or gone but not forgotten by the time the one with Rod hull came out. 😢😢
