The springtime excitement of bare root ,seedlings, new emerging greenery! I’m shutting down for a long winter . No frost yet ,Sept 28. Next month is a mix of autumn and first snows. @@phaedragardeness …… no , garlic won’t grow under snow but, next spring when the snow all melts and the earth warms back up it emerges and commences to grow. August is harvest time for garlic here. I plant hardneck garlic . Love your bouquets!
Ohhhhh wow it’s so different to here. We plant in Autumn and harvest late spring and by early summer.

Oh wow I’ll have to look up their therapeutic properties!!!! I’m still thinking where to plant them but I think I’ll do an arch style trellis rather than straight up!

Can you change yours out.? I planned to swap it with a nice summer scene, but I never did. And yes, I really like doormats, shame they're made for getting dirty. Maybe I'll see what they have for winter and replace this one.

Why did you rename your channel?
Hello! I know you already know now :) I will probably talk more in depth about it maybe in the next live if lots of people want to know more about that :)
Totally get the name change. Too limiting with the word "Flowers" in it. That's why I stuck with vlogs. As I get older, I might want to slowly change the focus of my channel. Hopefully not for a long time, it would be nice if I stayed physically healthy for the next 20yrs which would put me into my 80s, but things can happen as we all know. With the word vlogs instead of flowers, it's easier to change focus without changing the name. Always plan for plan B.
Hi Evelyn! I did kind of feel like it was a bit limiting too. Already as it is I’m not strictly flowers (even though that’s the main focus and will likely stay that way!). But like you said you just never know. At least now I can have a presence on Instagram and Facebook that isn’t in with the florist business. It was getting too hard to post anything youtube related!!
@@phaedragardeness I don't do Facebook or Instagram, but I will be starting an Etsy page in November, and it has nothing to do with flowers. Even so, I intend to promote it on my channel.
