Hi Aaron, can you show us how to increase and decrease the amount of polys in an object please
Thank you very much for this very usefull tutorial and advices very usefull !
I would have a question about 2D drawings. When i sketch a 2D plan or use 2D furnitures on a 3D model, when i put a 2D object on a surface, it makes weird graphic effects.
Does it exist a group parameter which would allow to put a flat object on another or on a surfacewithout having this weird "texture confusion effect" ?
Sorry this off topic but I need help with my tool palette. When I hover over a tool nothing happens and even worse when I hit the space bar
after using a tool my cursor doesn’t appear.
Please help. I am using Sketchup free.
Thank you

Good topic. I have a student who had a bathtub component inserted into a house model. The bathtub had so many entities that her computer basically became unresponsive. We have since referred to it as the "solid gold bathtub". I was able to create a suitable replacement with something like 1% of the geometry that still looked smooth and beautiful and made her computer play nicely.
Shortcut C....??????
Please how to create it
