Thank you headed there soon and I already feel at ease finding my way around the airport. During a 5 hour layover is there enough at the airport to keep me busy? And how do I ensure I book a seat by the window? Stupid questions but it will be my first time 😂
Yes, at the airport you will be entertained, you will have no problem.
If the seats are not numbered, you have to be at the front of the line. Enjoy your stay and let us know. :)

This is the exact plane and flight I am taking to Phuket in 2 days. Though, I am in Business Class. I wanted to know if they were the full recline haha.
I think they are full recline, just is the older design. Have a great flight 😊
@@WorldFlyTravel their business class in A330 are still pretty good to fly, compare to others' A330, but economy is not
Wow! I never knew QR still operates the a330, i thought they retired it a while ago
Unfortunately for us still they operate it. :) I must say maybe because it was also 15 years old I had big difference in travel feeling from my previous 777 flight :)
They were returned from retirement due to A350 groundings!
@@VisualApproach Yes we have also this problem :) And is busy period. For instance I check for return from when I’m currently and they have all combinations to Europe for the same day . 777-777, 330-777, 350-777. I choose of course to fly with 350-777 let’s hope not some last minute changes :)
Unfortunately this is the plane I may take next week from Tls ---> Doh , so upset to have that box next to the feet, I was hoping that QR would put the 350 at the begining of 2024....😢 #Qatarairways please upgrade my flight 😊🙏🙏

787 is the latest aircraft:) A330 the oldest one.

I agree, I also want that, I try to check map but sometimes Qatar map stuck in Arabic and loose the town.
@@WorldFlyTravel On the newer version of the airways they show the Arabic and English map I am very sorry if this is happening on the A380 but it’s very old and probably won’t get an update

Do not fly with Qatar Airways unless you have no other option or it is cheaper option.
Believe me, it is a matter of time until they treat you bad and you would wish you never flew with them.
My wife and I phoned London Heathrow Qatar airways office before we bought our tickets, just to make sure what they said in their website was true.
It was confirmed that if your transit in Doha is longer than 8 hours we will be accommodated just like Emirates and Etihad.
After our tickets were issued we were refused and we had to stay in Doha for 15 hours approx.
They were also badmouthing at us and calling us names in their language
I have never been disrespected like that before.
I always thought at least their culture would prevent them from bad treatment against elderly couple like us.
What a bad experience that was.
Thanks to God , we managed it at the end and stayed at the airport.
