@@lealand423 Yes but any liquid that has been in touch with mercury needs to be disposed in a proper manner since mercury waste is hazardous. They let the water pour everywhere and go in the drain/soil.

Ummm when dealing with mercury it should ALWAYS be suspended in water. Do not follow his lead... mercury can and does evaporate making the fumes alone more dangerous than touching it bare handed. Sorry everyone present...
