Hello sir. I was under nsaid medication for three months. My esr and crp became normal. But after 3months nsaid was stopped as the sgpt and sgot became 4times of normal rating. After stopping nsaid for one month, my pain came back. Now my doctor is suggesting to go for adalimumab injection which is very costly. Is there any alternative way for treatment?

Please don't take Saaz without consulting Rheumatologist. Saaz has side effects and it should be taken under guidance of Rheumatologist. He is the best person to monitor.

PRP has not been proven as a therapy for AS & is not recommended by any global rheumatology organization as a standard therapy for AS.

Me saz ,folvite, autrin xt, torib60 or ek pain cleanaar or saturday metrotax injection le rahi hun to kuch fayda nai milta kyan karen abhi

Phenylbutazone has been discontinued for human use due to its side effects. There are better & safer NSAIDs available now.
