  • This is a meditation that has helped me a lot, I constantly felt a lack of presence in my life, doing these simple breathwork techniques and having this narrative in my mind has truly helped me become more present throughout my day! Please let me know if this helps you x

    I was really refreshed after doing this meditation but
    I feel this meditation was little fast, before I interpret and understand what the affirmation is, you are already in the middle of other one.
    I feel you could have given atleast 3 second before moving to other(you mentioned to repeat but no time to repeat)
    I could have ignored saying the feedback but I choose to mention bcoz it could be beneficial for many, and your content is soo good.

    What i love about this meditation is that it includes three exercises:deep muscle relaxation,breathing exercise and thought distraction all in eleven minutes.Very effective❤

    Please make the world know the Importance of Triple Gem. Eternal peace and happiness is that. The importance of realising the 4 noble truths. Truth of suffering, Truth of the cause of suffering, Truth of the end of suffering, Truth of the path that leads to the end of suffering. Because of the greed to fulfill our pleasures leads to sorrow is true. Stop craving leads to Eternal Happiness. You can try how it feels by stop all your thoughts by letting go all thoughts for a moment.. .There is a way to do that completely by following the Eight Noble Path..As you give away positive attitudes, positive vibes. Please give away this good thought for the wellbeing of all the people in the whole world and the universe. And it is greatful if you can make all the people knowledgeable of Triple Gem to give away the importance of Dhamma. May Triple Gem Bless you all 🙏😊

Just a minor detail: maybe I’m slow but I just found it a little difficult to keep up as it was fast. Other than that, it’s the perfect meditation for myself and I’m sure many others.     Really helped to relax and calm my mind♥️ I would probably prefer a slightly slower pace, some parts of my body didn’t get enough of attention because I was supposed to switch to another one already 🙃
