I prayed this morning and asked Jesus please help me remember, send people on my path that know how to pray about this.I found your videos and I really believe this will be part of my journey this year.I don’t have much time to myself but I can’t go on this way,I want to know what happenned. My sister started remembering things but she did not want to talk about it.She died 3 months ago ,I don’t even know if my mother knew she has passed away to.

One thing I do know: God is for you! He loves you! When we have flashbacks, we feel an urgency to know everything right away! We feel tormented in the not knowing. The most difficult thing is to let the Shepherd lead. Read Psalm 23. Jesus is the good shepherd; we are the sheep. Jesus leads the sheep through enemy territory. Why? The best grazing land is up ahead; it’s called the table (“a table prepared in the sight of my enemies”.)
Sheep cannot rest near moving water, so “God leads me beside still waters.” Please know that God loves you; let Him lead.

17:45 "Sin multiples" totally echoes my insights too.

14:00 I also want to add that the anger is a necessary and important part of the grieving process when it comes to trauma and abuse. We HAVE to go through that angry/rageful stage -- because that's what helps us to stop protecting our perpetrators and start protecting ourselves -- but of course, we do not stay in that stage forever. That said, we don't have to pressure ourselves to put an end to that angry stage/ end it as quickly as possible. We have to feel it. Once we feel and process the anger, we are naturally freed/released from it -- just don't allow it to consume you or deceive you into doing bad things.

Anger and depression are two sides of the same coin. First, we are angry; once the anger dissipates, we’re sad.

I was looking for a Christian voice that was loving and true -- and not like so much of the noise out there, and I think spirit heard my subconscious prayers and sent you my way. This has become an avenue for me to learn about Christianity from a trustworthy voice! (I had grown up in a "Christian" environment that was unloving, judgemental, and misguided -- a lots of fancy theological discussions, but not much insight). You seem to have insight!

Thank you. I have several videos on this subject in between my fiber podcasts. Even the fiber podcasts will carry Christian teaching at the end of the video

14:48 I have an honest question! Do you have any insight into why, if Jesus has the ability to intervene in our lives to heal us and make us whole, why God doesn't rescue children who pray and cry out to him during the years of repeated abuse? They too ask for help but don't seem to get it. Genuine question.

This is very difficult because it can lead to the sin of unbelief. Jesus was there with you! You didn’t know, though. Just like the two men on the road to Emmaus, crushed because Jesus, who they thought was their Messiah, was executed. In their grief and confusion, they did not know that Jesus was walking with them. Do you know this Scripture in Luke?
I recently saw a short video about a boy who was dying. He saw Jesus and his face lit up. He said to his mother, mom Jesus told me that you are the person you are today because of your horrible childhood, and because of what you went through. Now, all of your children are like you.
What he meant was that his mother was kind and loving. She had persevered through the evil that came upon her in childhood and became a godly woman. And she infused her children with God’s light.
Romans 8:28 tells us, that if we are believers, God will bring good out of all the bad that has come upon us. The scriptures also say that we will then be able to help others who have experience the same problems. Many counselors come from abusive childhoods. many AAA counselors have been alcoholics because of trauma in their lives. I hope this helps.

@@Hellcatgranny_ you are so welcome. I listen to a man who said he died and went to heaven and as he was flying away to heaven he saw all of these sparks flying up to heaven, lots and lots of them. They were our prayers! Prayers are so beautiful, as is praise.
My great grandmother had a box And when she opened it, I was surprised that she had saved every drawling, every thing that her grandchildren had ever given to her. Some of them were quite old. God is like that. He saves everything that we’ve ever sent up to him, including our tears.
