    I love your explanation it’s straight to the point. I was sick for 10 months. I went to Colombia and got an IV for minerals and detox with B-complex in it. I came back feeling great to the United States and after a couple weeks being here I am beginning to feel bad again. I strongly suspect that I have a mineral deficiency, but I also suspect that I have trouble absorbing vitamins and minerals. I have gone to main stream and functional doctors and they both don’t have a clue. I wanted to ask you for a specific mineral supplement that you consider reputable and highly bio available that I could purchase. Thank you so much and God bless !!

    Just found your channel and wow, I am already so grateful - instantly subscribed. Sometimes life leaves a trail of breadcrumbs that you have to trust and follow - I feel like trace minerals could be super helpful for some of my symptoms. This might be a random question but I noticed some trace minerals include iodine - I only use pink/celtic sea salt and the last time I tried a supplement with iodine I had terrible hot flashes. What's a more whole-food way of getting this vs. from a supplement? Thank you so much!

    I take a grass fed meat organ supplement so I get around iron that way. People don’t eat enough meat organs (just muscle meat) or nose to tail anymore and that’s the root cause of so much disease.

    Great info laid out.. Question, do you think TJ Clark minerals are good? They are collected from mineral deposits in Utah. I've been using them for a week, with copper too. Reason i am asking, is because, it's strange how mineral supplements, like TJ Clarks, are not more mainstream, like vitamins or zinc. So far i am pleased with results of minerals and copper and zinc, but will see how i feel in a few months of on and off use.

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  27 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Colloidals have a large distribution of size, and it is not standardized. Generally it can be good, but some companies had contamination in colloidal products, but that happens everywhere. Look for a certificate of analysis if you need to know for sure on any product.

    Do you have an opinion on the form of trace mineral supplements that is preferable? There's rock based such as from natural mineral springs from the Earth, and then there's plant based, where plants process the rock based minerals in preparation for us eating the mineral rich plants.

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Well, good question. For some people their absorption of minerals is poor because they lack stomach acid. if so, the plant based minerals may be easier for them to technically absorb. However, I often give the mineral forms with lemon juice or raw apple cider vinegar, and sometimes I apply 3 weeks of zinc lozenges orally to induce the production of more metallothionein III which carries minerals. Plant sources are most important for Iron of all minerals when compared to synthetic forms of fortified iron. Of course, animal products especially red meat and dark meat poultry has plenty of available iron too. Beets are a great source. If someone cannot absorb trace minerals they may have a heavy metal burden that can be tested in hair metals testing.

    interesting about selenium. i just started taking it a week ago because i’ve heard it can help detox the body of heavy metals.
    i have had no adverse reactions so far, but if there were any, what should i look out for?

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  ปีที่แล้ว

      Selenium is truly great-good job. Symptoms of selenium toxicity may include garlic breath without garlic, nausea, respiratory, heart and kidney dysfunction, muscle pains, hair and fingernail changes, hair loss, fatigue and mood changes. It is in some paint and industrial settings. 400 mcg is the tolerable upper limit and its easy to go over with supplements. We need to be careful with Brazil nuts.

    What mineral supplements are good other than concentrace?

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Country life, Nutridyn, Now, Pure encapsulations and many others are good brands, I like to see a multi mineral that has no vitamins or other ingredients, just minerals. Some are trace without listing milligrams, and others list all the amounts. There are 60+ trace elements to consider, and some have only 8-10 minerals listed. Bone broth can also supply minerals.

    So answer this if our soil is depleted of minerals then where did they all go. And why can we not reclaim them???

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Minerals can wash out of soil because they are not held by healthy clay chemistry and humic and fulvic acids. Reclaiming them can be done by sister crops grown together, crop rotation with fallow resting fields, and by hooved grazing: th-cam.com/video/vpTHi7O66pI/w-d-xo.html

    What minerals are needed for male pattern baldness?

    • @TheHumanCondition
      @TheHumanCondition  ปีที่แล้ว

      The exact ones are unclear, as several pathways of oxidative stress and 5-hydroxytestosterone are involved. Since the 60 or 70 trace minerals all occur together in some supplements anyway, and dose is not really important, we would make sure to get a good one and then also check copper and zinc and magnesium through history, and also to check for the interference of heavy metals through hair testing.

    • @TheHumanCondition

      I dont bother to add minerals to the water, I just have people also add trace minerals like Concentrace pills to their regimen, and servings of Silicic acid drinking water or ice for aluminum removal. RO water is not a problem if we take trace minerals or eat animal organs and bone broth soups.
