Great vlog Lee although to be honest seeing those horrendous queues at the airport is enough to put me off flying or going anywhere abroad at the moment. It’s good ‘ole Blighty for me this summer. That’s got to be the most entertaining witty flight announcement I have ever heard. That pilot must have been to RADA and trained into Shakespeare as that was a delight to hear that. I adore flying, I'd live on an aeroplane if possible. Flying above the clouds always amazes me, they appear as a blanket of crispy meringue.
Airports in general are bleugh, I find them overwhelming. First time in an airport petrified me, it was nigh on impossible to navigate as it was crowded and I couldn't see any of the signage clearly enough.
You like your nostalgia, Lee… so when you do your aviation blogs and you see your aeroplane, you should insert a clip from the old TV show Fantasy Island, with Tattoo saying ‘Da Plane, Da Plane Boss !! ‘ 😆
I remember when I traveled on a virgin 747 from Gatwick to Las Vegas a couple of times back in 2005 and flying with Virgin was class,l was upstairs on the 747 premium economy and the service was great and it was a pleasure to travel with them, going on great vlog Lee many thanks 👍 Richard and Tanya from Southampton ❤ still catching up 28/08/23 now watched 506 blogs.
