Chelsea Spann - Graduate of the Year

The Graduate of the Year award is presented to an individual with barriers to employment who has successfully completed one of Goodwill's training programs in the last 12 months and, who presents him/herself as an exemplary employee admired by their supervisors and co-workers.
Chelsea is deaf and speaks American Sign Language. In 2015, she took part in Palmetto Goodwill’s Ability One program which provides training and employment opportunities to people with disabilities.
