Your video is great. I'm a bit less impressed with the install and performance of the product. The hardwire kit has a much too short wire to get to the fuse box w/o leaving the DC adapter unhidden. The unit heats up and crashes frequently. Sometimes it blows a fuse, but usually it just shuts down and begins working after cooling down. Cheap Chinese rubbish quality is my thought. The video quality is nice when it works. Again, thanks for your video it is quite informative. The product itself however is crummy, and there is no phone support at Pelsee whatsoever. Emailes get answered.. (eventually), with mostly amateur help. After a while they just give up responding and let you struggle. I would not buy from them again for sure.

I hope you can get your money back and find a better one! If I start to have problems I will definitely make a video update.
Should be an easy fix! In the app if you go to settings there should be a toggle button that says "rear mirror" and that flips the image. Try hitting that button and see if it flips it the right way. Let me know if that works! 👍🏼
Have you had any issues with the rear camera not working? I installed this in my Bronco today and for some reason the rear camera won't display. No messages or nothing. It's like the front camera thinks it's not there
@TregsTravels there's a green light on on the rear camera. I did some digging last night and found that apparently the resolution for the front is 2k if the rear camera is connected but the app says its in 4k...maybe that has something to do with it?
It locks the videos automatically from the g sensor...I looked in the app but I didn't see an option to lock them manually. I would just download the ones you want saved 👍🏼
Haha it was actually easier than I thought. It's definitely worth taking the time to install it properly and hide the wires. I forget that it's even there now

Hi, great video. I have hardwired the cables up correctly but this still is not recording in parking mode, do you happen to know why this could be?
Did you go through the settings in the app and turn on parking mode? As long as you hardwired into permanent power then it should be working

Mine connected right away...is the light on to the rear camera? Let me look at the app and see if there's a way to activate it in the settings
