My coworker bought a doggie door that works with a transmitter on the dog’s collar so it only opens when he gets near, and other animals ( raccoons, rodents etc..) can’t get in. He couldn’t figure out why his electric bill was so high even for a Texas summer. Turns out the dog figured out if he laid outside in front of the door he could be outside in the sunshine but the dog door would stay open and and the air conditioning would blow though the dog door and keep him cool. Smart doggo!

This beautiful puppy reminds me of our Bichpoo Totsie. Same coloring etc. Totsie is 7 months now and lost all the fluff and is now just curls galore. Great smart dogs....
Bichons are extremely "clever" and "manipulative"! They are experts in getting their way by "hypnotizing" you with those round, black eyes which they use to "stare" at you with until you relent!
