Everyone stands a chance .CRE is not offered in UAE but I believe other countries do offer it.As for Home Economics if you are applying in UAE ,you can apply for Economic positions coz very few schs if none offers homeeconomics.. For American schools,tes IELTS is compulsory. Give me some time,I will complie a video of where to apply,mostly it is just directly thru respective school email addresses.
Check their websitees for job ads,follow them on linked in for regular updates,mostly applications are done directly thru HR emails which are provided in the respective websites or linked in.
