How to Transpose in Sibelius

In this Mini Hack, I break down the two-step process for transposing or modulating music in Sibelius - firstly by shifting the notes into the new key, and then by changing the key signature.

Thank you! I could not find this anywhere else and am new to Sibelius and trying to transcribe a piece for orchestration that is in Db Major and now, voila! in CMajor

How you do that on grade, with diferent instruments with diferents transposes?

If transposing an entire score, is it still necessary to use the two step procedure? If I select the whole piece and then use the key change feature, shouldn’t that suffice, or would all of the notes keep their original positions? I plan to do a lot of transposing of entire scores and the two step thing seems a bit cumbersome.
