I’m so excited to learn more about this. I’m 26 weeks with #2, and I had a great experience with my 1st which was a home birth. There are some things I plan to do differently this time based on what I learned, but one thing that was incredible is I do think I experienced some hypno birthing and was in a deep meditative state for what felt like 15 minutes. I did a body scan meditation to relax everything I could while in warm water, and made some remarkable connections while mentally talking myself through it, and then I was sooo relaxed and essentially felt out of body. I see how my mind was able to completely change the experience, and look forward to being able to do this for longer stretches next time.

Congratulations on baby number 2 🥰 Wow this is absolutely incredible! Thank you for sharing. And this is definitely using hypnobirthing techniques. It can feel very out of body. Doing a body scan to completely relax your body is a really good tool to use so that you can allow the process of birth to carry on with no interruptions. Deep relaxation is key and It’s all power of the mind!!! Now is a really great time to start practicing and preparing again 🙂🙂 if there’s any way I can help do let me know xxx
