You should think about putting doors to the backyard from your bedroom and a beautiful sitting patio for you and Roger to enjoy your garden. We have that off of our master and it also includes a hot tub outside. We absolutely love it. We were landscape architects.

Hello Karen and Roger! I absolutely love your bathroom interior design style. My husband and I remodeled our master bathroom a few years back. Our bathroom originally only had a shower - no tub. Being a bathtub gal myself, we knew remodeling it was a must. My husband rebuilt the shower and along with hired plumbers, we now have a completely glass enclosed shower with a shower head that comes out of the ceiling. We opted for a flush entry to the shower (no step up pan) and we absolutely love it. We installed a "bowl style" bath tub (like the ones that you are looking at). I absolutely love the bathtub as well. Be sure to purchase a very good quality non-slip bathtub mat as these stunning tubs are extremely slippery without the mat. I was also blessed with my very own walk-in closet that my husband built for me. A new bedroom and bathroom is so very exciting. Best of luck with everything. 😃

They are huge around prom time and of course wedding and beauty pageant time of year (yes there is such a time of year for pageants usually beginning in Springtime) could be a whole outlet for your storefront. Young ladies require several dresses when traveling to other pageants and festivals, parades etc. I have invested a ton of money on formal wear for my 3 girls who once were involved in the festival/ pageant world. Good money to be made!!
Carhartt is now streetwear kids at the bins are searching for carhartt and I was shocked when I was in Italy this past October and came across a flagship carhartt store so it’s not only workwear it’s a fashion trend

I wanted to tell you I picked up an Enesco Birthday Girl figurine in Goodwill a few months ago and didn't notice until I got home that one of the ribbon tails had broken off. I disclosed it in my listing and someone still bought it! Miracle!
What a sweetheart 💖 You and your near hubby are adorable. I am a huge coffee lover. I have Grands and hairy kids(Doggies n Kitty's) I always end up with coffee on me. I buy The ORIGINAL Blue Dawn just the original cheap. I use it for pretreatment on stains. My coffee. Kids snacks spills and hubby mows, so grass stains. It works wonderfully. Even red sauce stains. On anything white I use the blue Dawn dish soap and cascade in the washing machine. It keeps everything white. Thanks for taking us along Thrifting 💞
Loved seeing your addition plans. So nice that you have the perfect property for such a project. I'm sure you won't miss mowing that portion of the grass, lol. We added onto our house in 1995 all across the back. Spent a year in the planning and drawing. It has all been wonderful and we have no regrets. There was, however, one thing that bugged me when all was said and done. Both the kitchen and the dining room had become interior rooms. The kitchen has copious recessed lighting and more. Problem was that i didn't love having to run overhead lights most of the day since kitchen is central hub of the house. We put in a "sun tunnel" for light in the daytime and problem was solved! If the sun is out we need no overhead lighting. This is only a thought for you, but it still works well for us. No issues yet, fingers crossed. Also they must make these things better by now. Less likely to ever leak?? Ours has given us no trouble

WOW love hearing about the home. So smart that you decided to stay put and do an addition. I am in R. Estate and with no inventory it would have been a disaster trying to find something. I love the bathroom wet room area for shower and tub. We are seeing a lot of that in newer construction. Although I love the newer tubs I have to say a walk in is so welcoming when the knees and hips start to fail us. The Moro Lee ballerina dress is a good brand to pick up. It’s mostly bridal gowns and prom dresses but comps for this pink one around $60 range. Not bad for $15 buy in.
