I’ve been meaning to try Japanese cheesecakes for awhile after making previous versions, Classic New York style, miniature cheesecakes & recently a lemon cheesecake that I made for a friend’s birthday last week, I think I’m gonna give this a shot!

Will this cheesecake be ok for a potluck, or does it need to be eaten right out of the oven?
It should be fine in the refrigerator for a few days! It just may not be quite as fluffy because it's chilled.
