@Abishek Unboxing thank you for this important question and thank you for watching...the main reason is the leak or shorted in the inner space of the lcd either micro conductive passage lines going to the cof or going to the tft or thin film transistor,shorted tft can also cause horizontal lines that's why most horizontal lines is a defective lcd since one major composition of lcd is tft.

@Abishek Unboxing horizontal lines is a common led tv problem specially when the tv is out of warranty so I think ac outlet voltage is not the cause.

@Victor Jr Vargas thank you for this important question and thank you for watching pagka lines on screen usually defective lcd dalawa lang ang pwedeng solution nyan Palit lcd or gawan ng paraan kung palit lcd hindi ko na nerecommend na pagawa pa mahal po parang bumili na ng bagong TV tapos ang warranty 3months lang.
