I collected a sealed case of every English Sword and Shield set as they came out. Then when they reprinted Chilling Reign and Fusion Strike, I picked up two cases of each. I can't believe they were sitting at $80 USD per box!

I have a bunch of English but am now focusing on Japanese and..... simplified Chinese. If you think people aren't talking about Japanese they're talking even less about simplified Chinese. Westerners still associate China with bad quality but it's a booming market and those boxes are ELITE (made in Japan alongside Japanese cards). The 1st year Anniversary box comes includes Alola Friends + 10 Jumbo Booster Packs (25 cards). Anyways I bought 7 of them lol😆
I made this interesting discovery when I bought a detective pika promo. It said made in Japan I thought to myself why isn’t chines more sought after than if the quality is equal.

I have one great tip while buying on eBay. Sometimes sellers don’t describe their items correctly, or even make typos. These listings can end in extremely low prices, because they get over looked. Be meticulous about how you search for items. It pays off

I agree. Everyone is buying English right now which is a bad sign as it will eventually get oversaturated. Could take 10 years but it'll happen. I'm selling my English boxes after they hit my target price and moving the money to Japanese and vintage. Only set I refuse to sell is Celebrations because those boxes are worth more! Or at least they should be! 😂
Chilling Reign is stupid. Sold out on Pokémon Centre and jumped from £143 to £230 in a day. People are so dumb. If you didn't want it at £143 then why do you want it at £230? 😂
