Hi Pawan, Very informative channel. Kindly suggest me a 3bhk flat in greater nodia. My budget is 42 lac to 45 lac
As they are not capable to provide basic facilities I purchased one flat in G 12 and they provide only 3 lights &3 fans only as they committed all the lights& fans are free at the time of booking and now they are not solving the issue and afraid of giving the contact number of management to solve the problem
I'm gonna invest in stelar one 985sqft 2bhk please suggest how is this project

First of all only 370 residents have moved ... but the builder is honest to residents also charging hefty forcefully to the residents in the name of CAM charges also not amenities

not noida extension ,nilaya greens in gaziabad near noida extension sector 16c. but is budget mei quality expect mat kario bhai.

U can't see the pain of residents. One of biggest mistake I did by investing here
No amenities, Not much camera , No security No maintenance staff when required there are so many problems
I am facing a similar issue with Panchsheel. Mantri SE santri tak guhaar lagai... but no body helped so socha apni hi awaj Ka daayra BADA karte hai Uske baad Dekh lenge

Where do you live, if you are settled abroad and buying it for your family then check the distance from this project to where they are currently living. Would it be feasible for them to travel on their own. Because wave city is near EPE and there is no public transport there and nearest metro station is atleast 15 -20 km away.
