Now ATS has lost their credibility as all projects are got stuck and management are giving false commitments. All existing buyers are worried

Ek baar please also cover greater noida link road i.e. kisan chowk se pari chowk, i have heard there are many good projects on that and want to compare between them.

@@maniayush07 Thanks but koi fayda nahi hai, I don't have any planned trip in that sector, not for at least 2-3 months. Alsoo itna budget mera nahi hai ki especially Inke Inke project ke liye 100-150 km travel karke ja saku..

This felllow is misleading. ATS is detoriating it's quality. Everywhere the tiles are falling off. They have sold green area as parking.
Ms Upreti, I said feedback about the builder not your views about me. I know the in and out of each developer, also i choose my words wisely and try to be neutral.
Since I am not a realtor I really don't care when people curse the builder in comment section but when people blame me for their misery I feel pity for them and same goes for you. If you have a problem with the developer you should have guts to take it to the builder or share it online on social networking sites and just for your reference I did that with a builder (Panchsheel Villas).

Iam not defending the builder but myself because in your comment you have mentioned "iam misleading".
I am not the one who is selling, so I show what I see, be it seepage or poor quality, it is buyers responsibility to do due diligence. Also you need to understand, most of the people are smart these days doesn't need spoon feeding but exceptions are always there.
Next time if you blame someone make sure you do your research. Just because the comment section is open you can't blame someone.
If this guy is misleading lady, come frwd and share the misleading information..this is not a paid video..ATS is byfar the most trusted and luxury cat. Project in noida.
