Mr Bawumia should also build one fishing harbour in Winneba after Crowned as President because Winneba was first Town carried cocoa by boats to deliver to the ships on sea top take it to abroad at the colonial days without Tema port, that's why Bawumia should not forget Winneba history

It is time for them to get proper fishing boats; the canoes are too many. It let the areas don’t look nice. The areas look too uglier with all these canoes. NOTE: the money is loan not grant. No nation will give 60 million dollars as grant.
