I think must invest in hovercraft, we have hovercrafts that can carry 450 passengers and about 40 or more cars. I will also suggest that government should have university of science tech to develop or come up with a design using old tractor engines turn the big fans and also generate air pressure left hovercraft above water or ground. The professors at the university are been paid to teach the children in field of engineering but yet they come up with anything, they should be given grants to them buy components build the projects. They could start with hovercraft a size of car.
