📌Low Carb Zuppa Toscana Soup:
NOTE: i doubled the bacon

📌My Healthy Cabbage Casserole:
-1 lb. Ground Turkey
-1 Onion, diced
-1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
-2 beef bullion cubes, disolved in 2 Tbsp. of water
-10 Cups Chopped Cabbage
-1/2 Cup Water or broth
-Badia Complete, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika & Pepper
-2 tsp Minced Garlic
-2 tsp Worecestershire Sauce
-1 (15oz.) can Tomato Sauce
-2 cans Italian Style Petite Diced Tomatoes
-
***Add ground Turkey, onion, and bell pepper to a large skillet (also add beef bullion). Cook until cooked through. Remove to a seperate plate and set aside. to that same skillet, add cabbage, water and seasonings. Saute until cabbage is tender. Next add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. stir. add in the cooked Turkey. Stir. add mixture to a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with cheese if desired. Bake at 350, Covered, for 45 min. Remove foil halfway through. Serve over Cauliflower rice

-3 Cups cooked shredded Chicken
-1 diced onion
-1 bag Coleslaw mix
-1 Bag Frozen Riced Cauliflower
-1 (10-oz) Rotel
-2 cups chicken broth
-1 cup cooked chopped bacon
-1 (1-oz) packet ranch seasoning & salad dressing mix
-1 tsp cumin
-1 Tbsp chili powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 (8-oz) package cream cheese
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Valerie all of these look so delicious! I don’t eat strictly low carb but I like to incorporate low carb meals when I can and cabbage is one of my favorite low carb veggies too! The bloopers were great! For some reason I can’t talk to the camera when I’m doing an intro if anyone is around, I usually have my husband go in a different room or wait till I’m home alone lol! 💕💕
I love eggroll I'm a bowl.and cabbage soup. I usually add some great northern or cannalini beans to my cabbage soup but it's an awesome healthy soup with or without the beans. Another one I got from Mandy in the making....it's ground turkey onions shredded carrots sautéed then add in soy sauce a little brown sugar and red pepper flakes...I usually add some broccoli or fresh green beans as well. Served over cauliflower rice it's so yummy. I forgot what she called it on her page but it is so good. One of my favs

Just occasionally, it would be nice to see recopes without peppers. For some of us, even bell peppers cause severe gastrointestinal pain and reactions. It would be nice to see alternatives to peppers in recipes!!?

I love watching your videos. I’ve made a few. I made the chicken chili stew today, my family loved it. I added baby spinach. And I know it was carb free but I made some garlic bread with it.

I did an Amazing Jambalaya in the crockpot, using cauliflower rice. It will be in an upcoming video. I'm going to start including more low carb recipes in my regular dinner video. also, I've done low carb salmon patties, they will be in an upcoming air fryer video, as well as some low carb bbq chicken pinwheels that will be in an upcoming appetizer video. I will find some more good ones and share asap.🥰

These look really good! I don't go out of my way for low carb or low calorie though my in primary care doctor and cardiologist would definitely wish that i would!😂. But I do like cabbage, and anything else for that matter, and there are two recipes here that I'll probably try in the next week! Thank you for these recipes and all of you're videos! I just finished supper when I saw this and am hungry all over again even though I'm still full from supper!! So much to eat and so little time left for me to eat it all! 😂😂
I love lettuce. Anything tomato. Cooked onions, peeper. I can even eat salad for breakfast! Excellent video. You really take your time to make great videos
Your recipes look good. I try to be good but I can do it everyday 😊. But I love making this pork and egg recipe from Dr Kellyann's bone broth diet book, purchased on Amazon.
1 onion finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 small apples, finely chopped
1 lb Ground Pork
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Cook first 3 ingredients 5 mins. Add remaining ingredients and cook another 5 mins, or until pork is cooked thru. This makes 4 servings so I divided into 4ths and pack up 3 portions. Then I make an over easy, soft scrambled or whatever eggs you enjoy and add over the meat. The cinnamon and apples are really good.

I'm on Keto, but since I can't eat onions, garlic, or bell peppers (though I can tolerate garlic and onion powder) I have to click over almost of these recipes. Too bad, because they do look good.

I love making stir fries, for low carb meals. A protein, whatever vegetables you have on hand all cooked quickly in a wok. I'm not a fan of cauliflower rice. I did pick up a tip from another TH-camr, mix equal parts of white rice with riced cauliflower. I'm going to try that!
