I like the Pepperidge seasoned stuffing mix on top of casserole. So, so good! Savory & not sweet it gets good & crunchy. Especially on broccoli casserole.

After church service, our church is doing a fun day for everybody that comes. There will be a free meal and things for the kids to play with and on so many things that you can do. We always have such a good time when we do this. A great time of fellowship and meeting new people.

I’ve made broccoli salad without the cauliflower, and it’s delicious. I’ve had it before with the cauliflower; a friend brought it to a potluck.
We make the potato casserole in our family, but we use the gluten free versions of the “Cream of” soup. We also use gluten free bread crumbs mixed with melted butter and it tastes so good on the top! I love watching your videos and figuring out if I can make substitutions to get the dish to be gluten free…😉

I tried the potatoes and baked them uncovered and halfway through the topping was scorching, so I covered it for the rest of the way. It was really good 😊

These all sound delicious. Could you add sugar to the cornbread?
... I think the Mac and Cheese might be more " Creamy " by adding half a block of Cream Cheese, OR making a Bechamel to go along with the Cottage Cheese Mixture.
And, topping of Buttered Bread Crumbs . It does, however, look good, and I think a few adjustments , will add to that " Creaminess " . :).
I’ve had raisin pie. It’s very, very rich. The lady who made the one I had called it Japanese Raisin Pie. No idea why.

You could use smoked paprika if you had no bacon - it tasted just like smoked bacon!
