If husband asking for Dowry is a crime, then wife asking alimony should also be a Crime. If women want equal rights, then y do they want husband's money and property? Y can't they stand on their feet? Honorable courts should bring some section against alimony. If children are involved then father should have equal rights on the children and share children expenses along with the mother. I don't understand as why children should stay with mother and expect father to bear alimony and expenses? I dont know who will vouch this? Women are literally misusing our Indian law. Real victims(fathers) are continuing to face the problem.

not always wives are not correcct. Not always husbands are correct. when a husband is badly affected by a wife, he feels that all waives are like this. it is vice a versa. Hence it is case tocase differs. even though advocates knows this, for making money they guide their clients to his convenience. one thing please mind that when mistakes are from both sides, please do not generalise. Wives are like this and husbands are like this. Please note that even in the 125 CrPC there is no mention that maintenace need not be given if she earning. depending upon the situation, earlier judgements have come. Please try to solve amicably.

If husband asking for Dowry is a crime, then wife asking alimony should also be a Crime. If women want equal rights, then y do they want husband's money and property? Y can't they stand on their feet? Honorable courts should bring some section against alimony. If children are involved then father should have equal rights on the children and share children expenses along with the mother. I don't understand as why children should stay with mother and expect father to bear alimony and expenses? I dont know who will vouch this? Women are literally misusing our Indian law. Real victims(fathers) are continuing to face the problem.
