Ik this was made 9 years ago and he will probably never see this but this man is the reason I know how to make an omelette and I’m very grateful for it.
This guy is the TH-cam dad we didn’t ask for but everyone needs, this man is the grandpa who teaches you that skill you never thought you would use but you use a lot.
Add milk to eggs & mix using a mini whisker a lot to get air in it to make them fluffy. Use butter in medium heat pan & pour in mixed egg & milk, flip when top is no longer mushy. When flipped side is no longer mushy add filling and top with grated or sliced extra old cheddar or Swiss cheese. Filling: In a separate pan, sauté sliced mushrooms, red pepper & scallions in a pan with a little olive oil & add a little red cooking sherry after 4 min & sauté 3 min more.
He's so cute thinking he can cook "perfectly". :) Perfect omlettes have no brown on them. Heat was a tad too high. also I always flip mine like a pancake, then add cheese, then close it up

People in the film industry value personal experience much more than a degree. I'd say to produce your own amateur films/skits alongside something like a business degree. +Chang Chen When I've done omelette, I've never added butter, just oil. A tiny amount of salt. I either add salt to cooking once or when it's on a plate. Never both. The more veggies you can cram into any dish, the better.

Before I whisk my eggs I usually add a splash of milk. It fluffs up the egg when it cooks making it thicker and fluffier.
