Try this method,
Safeboot w/network, go to advanced options check number of processors click 4 only then apply and restart your computer.

Do not do this if you have a gaming device with windows. Your device will have an infinite loop on windows logo and you would have to reinstall windows

@@theitguy45 it works but if you do it on handheld windows it will brick it and there is no way to fix it but a full recovery. Cant really access msconfig when your windows don’t boot

try changing the virtual memory for all disks. have it assigned by the system for all the disks you use. It worked for me with windows 7

What you can try:
1. Disable antivirus
2. Reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package
- www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/
3. Make sure you have enough RAM and virtual memory (File paging)
4. Install on another drive or Desktop instead of Program Files
Note that Fitgirl uses a custom .dll version of UNARC so you might want to check your windows folder for any existing version and delete it.

I have 1 core and i7 12th gen 12650H processor... I'm installing AC Valhalla but they are showing unarc.dll code 11 erorr.... I've tried too much but still it's not installing...what shoul i do ? Help me man
