Interesting... how it's made one of the MOST UNRELIABLE CAR in the world. I don't believe it's down to assembly line but anyways... NO QUALITY control, millions of pieces, probably made with inferior Russian steels, right? Aaah... and before somebody yells at me: you don't know any better, shut up!! There's evidence in the forums they don't last even down to metals, the underside of some of these new Golves are already rusted out more than a Golf IV (which wasn't very good anyway) that has been parked outside for 25 years. That's modern Germany after all... none of the old rubbish!
The modern golf is relatively reliable compared to most german cars of the past, the engine is in its 4th generation perhaps the second best turbocharged 4 cylinder on the planet, i really dont know what you mean its a vw not a bmw
And the manufacturing process is the quality control, there is no difference from one car to the next when they are made with identical process and no human interaction
@@theballintruth3369 well I grant you that. A perfectly mediocre car with no highlights to speak of with a background of faulty injectors, faulting timing chains, one of the most unreliable gearbox ever produced (DQ200) and designed to fail. If you were a mechanic you already knew that: you don't make plastic tensioners for timing chains, you don't make the PCV valve out of shitty plastic, same as used for the sump and you don't sit your coil packs on top of the hottest part of the engine. The only reason the Volkswagen scumbags design that shit this way it's because they know it's going to fail, quickly.
Minimum human interaction. Robots ruling with precise and accuracy. VW DAS AUTO❤
This is just amazing...
This is some next level futuristic shit bro
Очень круто,нам ещё расти и расти до такого УРОВНЯ
Сравнил палец с жопой.
Incredible how the chassis is made from scratch entirely by robots, marvel of engineering
