    I think you are the only analyst who recognises how bone structure and physical type affects which colours suit. In theory I should be light spring but the lightest shades don't suit me, which I suspect is because of my bevelled lines.

    I love that you mention how the body structure influences your choice in colors too. I believe that looking at essences can also have this effect when typing people. I am also a big fan of seasonal color analysis but I just can’t ignore how your bone structure/body/face essence can all affect the types of colors we wear and how we choose to present ourselves. Thank you for sharing.

    I have been typed by you, but would be happy for my photos to be used in any upcoming vidoes. I might be a good example of how sharpenned bone structure is softened by soft flesh. I think i have a very soft flesh on my body and cheeks 😊. Also a side note, your skin is glowing agains the cool and delicate background and top 💙.

    Hi Merriam, happy New Year and great video as always! :) I was typed sharpened/moderate and cool&delicate by you and am still very happy with all the advice you gave me! I was wondering what the reason is behind the recommendation that sharpened types should emphasize the eyes, but not the lips? Just trying to understand the principles better.
    On another note I can say I totally agree with what you say about asymmetry, because I feel it really suits my body type.

    Interesting. I don't like crisp fabrics on myself. Lately there are a lot of shirts like that in the stores and i realized the fabric is just not for me. I don't like wearing silky fabrics either. I'm kind of petite plus sharp, so now I know why. Thank you.

      Distinguishing dramatic classic from others is also my topic. At first glance I thought that the featured woman was also dramatic classic.
      I am just 1,5 cm shorter than you with the same proportions and colouring. In my case, lots of angelic essence provides elongation without sharpness or bluntness.

    Hi which jewellery (silver/gold) do you suggest for an olive warm undertone ?? Is it possible for both to look good on a person??

    • @Laura-vs6fs
      @Laura-vs6fs 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      I am pale and olive. I have yellow undertones and by her system I am a muted warm undertone. I personally think both can work as they don't have any red. Gold does look better on warm olives as it's warm with no red, so I would always say it's the best color, but as I can pull of muted, cool tones with no red as grey, blue and green, I love silver as well. I wear one or the other depending on the rest of the outfit I am wearing. I think a lot of times, the absence of red tones is more important than if it's bright or muted. Just stay away from bronze or rose gold, if you're olive and it should work fine.

      I am a pale olive and I find that I can wear both gold or silver tones depending on what i am wearing (clothes and makeup) but rose gold is best. As red is the opposite of olive green, it best compliments olive skin tone. Miriam has stated that olive skin tones look good in red, so rose gold makes sense.

      I'm a warm olive and find gold looks better on me than silver. Silver and rose gold contrast too much against the yellow green tones in my skin, whereas gold looks harmonious

    Differences between Soft Autumn and Light Spring, please?

    • @YumeraChauque
      @YumeraChauque 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Soft autumn is muted and warm(a little bit darker) light spring is light and warm(can tolerate more bright colors) and if is close to neutral can wear light summer too.

      Thanx Yumera, I've realized for decades the muted vs bright difference and knew theoretically of the lightness difference, but could not truly understand it clearly (although could pick out actual colors correctly, of course) until someone spoke of both opacity and put them on a scale that I could visualize. For some reason that brought it into a more simple reality.

    • @alliepenaherrera1976
      @alliepenaherrera1976 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@DJPillow-DJNayarit-DJTape in her system it doesn't matter if your pale or dark so that makes sense. I think you can also have yellow and pink tones vs blue and green (picture a compass with each color as the North, South, East and West). So if you are warm and muted (because closer to neutral) you can still have pink tones and therefore wouldn't be olive skinned.

      Neutral pale olive. My skin looks the similar to this lady's depending on the lighting.
