Green Target label is from 1969-1971, and The Beatles’ albums (except for the Apple releases) were only available on that particular design for one year (1970-1971) before switching to the Apple label.

The plastic purple inner sleeve is at least from 1981, as per the printed copyright at the bottom of the sleeve.
