Noraly, what can I say, at 56 after over 40 years of riding bikes including being a Police motorcyclist and having been lucky enough to travel and see a fair bit of the world I am enthralled by your videos. I have followed your adventures through India, the Stans and back to Europe, back to your home in the the Netherlands, to South America, then around the Netherlands and Iceland and now to South Africa and Namibia. I really had no idea what South Africa and Namibia were like, the story telling, the humour, the educating, the motorcycling, the camera work, the time and the effort. Thank you for taking us on this latest adventure. It’s about time You Tube had annual awards for its most successful channels. If they did I am sure you would be winning just about every category. My husband just came across this channel about 1 1/2 months ago. Season 6 was posted and we watched it. We had spent 20 summers in Alaska so we were very interested in that series. But then I started at the beginning with Season 1. I was totally addicted. She is awesome - what a personality! Beautiful lady (that smile and her gorgeous eyes!). With every country she travels through I just keep saying WOW! This is wonderful travelogue and she also is teaching me a lot of history and information I never would have known without watching this. Noraly you are amazing. @@ItchyBoots As you are a geoligist I would like to ask a question. The great flood in the Bible is diskribed as a very violent event. So violent that water covered the continents in a matter of days. I suppose that would give rise to un emaginable sediment displacement and earthquakes and eruptions. How would that, if tru be the impact on the layers you date the earth by. They would be meaningless if you consider the time sediment is put down today. The sudden burial of entire forests and animal species would be explained as well.

There’ll be a time when a nurse or love one will hold you’re old feeble head up to view one of theses videos and you’ll know it was a wonderful life you’ve lived. Youth=Heaven. We all were young once, but did we waste our youth dreaming about living the life that are living right now. To say you are an exceptional person would be a huge understatement.

Noraly having grown up in Namibia I can say that you were extremely fortunate to have seen a pangolin. Being a shy and mainly nocturnal creature they are seldom encountered. Sadly the pangolin is hunted extensively and it’s tragic to know that extinction of this species looms:(

I've many times had a feeling of, "let things go" in my down times but my God Noraly, watching one video of yours definitely gives that power and unimaginable feeling of willingness. All the History of great people and old inspirational stories pass by my thoughts too.
Keep it going Itchy Boots! 👍

Sometimes a lifetime is not enough. Sometimes a place gets into you and years later a line of words stretching across a page stretch out to the horizon and your mind wanders back to the sweeping desert vistas you've not seen for however long it's been. Those nearby might notice the hint of a smile at the corners of your mouth, and the far away look in your eyes.

Good evening, you had an awesome privilege to see a Pangolin, in Afrikaans it is known as an Itermagog. I like many other people have never seen one despite working in the wild areas of South Africa for more than 25 years. You are very blessed, God bless
