Thats ufair imo. No matter how much you coach or train you cant get these guys to be aggressive, tenacious and actually attack the fcking ball. Softies never do well in set pieces lets be real. That part is less about skills and more about manhood bro
Yea I fully agree but set pieces are mostly technical and the way we deal with it are all shit like seems like we don't even train for it included penalties, corners, throw ins, free kicks. I've played enough and seen enough set pieces to know that
Sleep walking into games … Yes! The team is simply going through the motions. Time to play a bit more chaotic football … let the wingers sling a few crosses in … move the ball quickly from back to front. As a former teacher and lecturer I’ll say what I used to tell the lazy students … See me after the lesson. Where did Cities motto come from? Me! I presented a carved plaque to the club in the Maine Road days with the motto on it … my motto! I’m 71 and seen some poor CITY teams but never with this level of apathy!
I hate to say this but I can’t remember a really great team falling from their pedestal so quickly. It does look like free fall. The fans have a massive part to play now. CTID
Martin no one is saying they want haaland to drop into midfield and spray balls around...all we want is for him to use his physicality to hold the ball up more like a giroud type of player but the problem is his first touch is awful so the ball keeps coming the other way
Farther time has touched us with a very heavy hand. That along with players playing out of position is a pure recipe for disaster which we witnessed yesterday.. We don't have the mentality,,physicality or availability to be much of a threat to anyone.
Ederson's distribution is fantastic especially long passing but if we dont play long ball plays over the top to Haaland etc. there isn't any point in having that strength as your keepers main weapon. Maybe Ortega cant kick a ball as far with the same accuracy but he can up to the half way line which is enough if you only ever play out from the back. They are both good keepers with slightly different strengths but neither eants to be a number 2.
I agree most CITY players were going (very slowly) through the motions! Really poor games from Ederson, Nunes and Haaland! Half the players need to go because they can’t compete with 20 year old legs. Poor as CITY were United weren’t exactly great either. What has happened to Foden?
It's not just the age of the players that's the issue. It's the fact that they have had to play considerably more minutes than their equivelant players in, say, Real Madrid for the past 5 seasons. They were physically and emotionally exhausted even before this season started, and then we are hit with unprecedented number and seriousness of injuries that could not be foreseen. My take is that the board chose to be tight-pursed in the last transfer window in case of a bad 115 outcome, and to defer reinforcements to this season. At the time, it was probably a a reasonable, prudent decision. And it probably couldn't be foreseen there would be a rapid drop off in pace with so many older players all at the same time. Now we have a crisis of confidence on top, because many of these players have known nothing but winning and don't know how to handle it when they feel too exhauted to give any more. The fix has to be some kind of wake up call, which in the case of other clubs is usually a change of manager. Not on the agenda at City. It has to be the signing of a few big character players, there is no other option. Together with players coming back, this will give us a fighting chance. We need to bin off all other comps this season and make sure we get top 4 to make sure of CL next season. Without that, the signing of major players in summer will be more difficult , and the club's income will be adversely affected.
@@prodigalfraudaddy-es1glI get your point and agree but there might be a feeling on how it has gone that has been fed back from the legal team to someone high up that has maybe let them know it's not gone as well as expected. Only speculating but it is a possibility.
4:20 finally, it's time to call the players out. They're just going through the motions, and us fans are making excuses for them. Time to call them out, foden, Grealish, walker, Bernardo, ederson, nunes, doku have all been crap.
We barely ever press together as a team and never actually put a tackle in. If the opposition know we arent seriously going to try to win the ball they know they have more time than they usually would get to pick that pass or put in that cross. I get players may be playing with injuries and are tired but the lack of intensity is shocking. Haaland seems to have stopped running because he feels he isnt going to get a pass to run for.
This started with thee FA cup Final , we were rubbish possibly still suffering after a bender the weekend before . It was a PPP . We should get a refund
His name it's LiSHo, not Lilo. It took me a while to understand who you were talking about. He is a well-known coach in Spain, one of the youngest in the history of La Liga. He was Pep's inspiration, his guide since he was young. And I don't think that's the problem. For me, Pep didn't want to continue but he did because of the charges drama. I think the whole team is mentally tired and needs a complete renovation, no matter what happens they no longer seems connected. It's the same situation as Klopp last year. Good players win games but a good team wins trophies. We have none at the moment
Way too many players with nothing in the tank who play every game. Gundo/Bernardo/Walker are finished physically, and you can see that Josko/Haaland are burnt out mentally.
The team do not look up for it anymore. Not sure if its a motivational thing due to our recent success and the tiredness that comes with it but they all look like they want to take this year off.
Instead of spending big we need to spend smart. Think Julian Alvarez and Akanji. The right players are out there, you just need to search. I really like Richard Ríos over Bruno G, and I prefer Hincanpie to Brathwaite, and if Walker leaves then we need a defensive player who makes smart choices like a Henrichs or a Nathan Collin not a Frimpong especially when we have Rico Lewis. Rather then getting a backup striker why not use Echeverri to his best abilities, watch his games. We could use our budget to activate Takefusa Kubo’s release clause to provide experience at RW. Because with Savio and Bobb that side is very young, and Bernardo can better utilized as an 8. With Kova and Gundo deputizing at the CDM spot with Foden under Kev.
Our ticket for ressurection is to sell Halaand for mega cash and rebuild. Without KDB Halaand will destroy this team. We need complete players cos pep eants totat football.
@ hahaha 🤣 that’s the biggest cope in history I work for a championship club in legal we are all taking bets on how many trophies will be taken . What a melt 🤣
Why is no one talking about our set piece and set piece coach 🤔
Do we even have one? Lol
Fkn hell😂 we need to call this shit out!
Thats ufair imo. No matter how much you coach or train you cant get these guys to be aggressive, tenacious and actually attack the fcking ball. Softies never do well in set pieces lets be real. That part is less about skills and more about manhood bro
Cant coach Walker to not JUMP and ALWAYS let his man get on top of him. Thats all him

Man united fall in 2013/14 after winning the league
That was a shit team to be fair@@IamtheCitizen1110

No Europe next year
Desperate
Roy Keane esk, "it's a Darby smash into somebody" 🤣🤣🤣
With KDB leaving how crucial or even useful is Halaand? Im aware of all his goal scoring feats for intl and previous clubs but Im talking about @City
Farther time has touched us with a very heavy hand. That along with players playing out of position is a pure recipe for disaster which we witnessed yesterday.. We don't have the mentality,,physicality or availability to be much of a threat to anyone.
These players are finished that's the reality. They can't even press anymore

i genuinely believe these results are down to 115 charges these guys know something.
Lol ok ..ur telling me players know before the results are out and lawyers know..that too about a run that started 1 half month back

You might be on to something there mate ✌️
The hearing has ended, but the judges have yet to deliberate their decisions, let alone release them to anybody.
@@keithhodkinson8386 but they could know how the hearing went who’s winning or losing

Perfectly said
hey - everyone needs to chill - you for getting the last 4 years - these players have been amazing. Time for rebuild - Pep will sort out
Way too many players with nothing in the tank who play every game. Gundo/Bernardo/Walker are finished physically, and you can see that Josko/Haaland are burnt out mentally.
We need a striker to give Haaland a kick up the arse and keep him on his toes.
I like Martin when he has his own opinions and not the board 💙
Your manager is losing his mind
To be honest Lewis, as a Madrid fan we are also crap rn
I don’t think City spend any money until 115 is done. We’re screwed til then.
Why we are talking about buying the players all the time when we are not linked one player properly
PEP lost the dressing room. He will never recover. We are a mid table team right now.
The team do not look up for it anymore. Not sure if its a motivational thing due to our recent success and the tiredness that comes with it but they all look like they want to take this year off.
Signings like douglas Luiz is why we’re in the shit 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah, is he gonna be any better than Nunes? If not why bother other than to have some younger legs.
Why would any player sign when you 115 charges

Lol. Maybe you should rename City to Brighton
@ maybe we should. Buying the expensive guys hasn’t worked out recently
Quick Sheik Mansour give Pep another Billion pounds before he hurts himself.
City need to be looking at signing top players like Alphonso Davies.. from Bayern Munich.
Hey Martin, when do you think we will start getting real links? Are they just keeping things close to chest for now?
Why paying 300000 per week for Paul and he is useless. He is don't worth it bro
Do not blame players who picks players
Exactly Martin
Could we do a loan with an option?
Douglas is useless will not solve our worries
See with pep a player could have an outstanding game one week and be benched the next
Why Dias did not run to amad dialo by nunes mistake he was close
Have you heard LB? Season tickets for MC now being sold cheap on Humble Bundle...
Anthony, Sancho did bad at mufc but my word Grealish, Doku, Savio now thats a different kind of SH!TE ...Haaland will be going to Barca maybe
that being said City played well but United were more concentrated and also took a brilliant and talented player in Amad to get the WIN
Lb can't we just go and bid £90m for Bruno. There's no way they're rejecting it mate. Can you confirm this and ask Martin about this?
Lesha lehmann comes as a package with douglas Luis
Bernardo wants to leave long time so he can leave
barellla ahahah wil never come just signed a massive contract
Taylor Harwood bellis from wolves
Buy Xavi Simons😮💨
Dibling from Southampton
Mbumo on wing
Nunes is not a city player
Our ticket for ressurection is to sell Halaand for mega cash and rebuild. Without KDB Halaand will destroy this team. We need complete players cos pep eants totat football.
Sheik M will have £ notes under his mattress
KEEP KDB
You are obsessed with madrid 😂😂😂
Because madrid is best club in europe..
We are going nowhere I don't care who we sign in the January Transfer window we are going nowhere until we get rid of Guardiola now !
Are you high? 😂
Lol its like pep is bigger than your club, oh no can't say nothing bad about pep. @Robertinho_546
Go get Hudson Odoi if we want a direct rapid winger or Hutchinson from Ipswich. Both will be reasonably cheap
FFP coming for you 😂tf you talking about buying 4-5 players relegated for the 12th time incoming 🤩
Prove it 😜😂🤡
ffp isn't doing anything and you'll see that very soon
@ typical 🥩 riders reaction 🤩cope harder and longer
Man named his account 115. What a sad life. 😂
@ hahaha 🤣 that’s the biggest cope in history I work for a championship club in legal we are all taking bets on how many trophies will be taken . What a melt 🤣
