This album will always hold a special place in my heart I was 14 years old just skateboarding all day listening to punk rock all day all night this album got me through tough times 1996 was the first year without my mom as she committed suicide year before and I felt so lost and face to face music always helped me get through the toughest times ! been listening to face to face since I was 12 years old! And will always be my favorite band! Hoping to see you guys September 18th
This is one of the best albums of all time. You were underrated then, and you're underrated now. No way out but Through is amazing too. Your music has helped me through some tough times in my life. Thank you. I hope I get to see you guys live again sometime.
Such a cool coincidence that Face To Face and Goldfinger were in the same building, at the same time, working on songs for albums that are two of my all-time favorites.
Saw you guys for the first time in 91. Bought all the CDs and been a long life fan. I was 18 and to think of all your concerts I went to in socal was the best time of my life. Ty
Great memories and huge impact on my life in a positive way! Love you guys 💕🤗 50yrs old and still listen to you all. And all sk8i punk 80's bands I grew up on In Southern California.!😃😗
The best live show that sounded like an album was Face to Face at Ventura Theater in Ventura, CA somewhere around 1995. I still have a ticket from July 8, 1995 when Face to Face played at The Underground in Santa Barbara, CA.
I fell in love with this album in the first listening. All the melodies are so perfect, so catchy. The songs, always energetic. Too bad i couldn't find anyone to ship the vinyl to Brazil.
Face to Face is one of my all time favourite bands and this is such a great album! I actually played in a Face to Face cover band in high school in 97-98. Also very cool that F2F was writing in the same building as Goldfinger (another one of my fav bands).
This is really amazing!!! It’s crazy how life works because I’m not kidding my first face to face record was big choice on a double cassette and Goldfingers ST on the other side as a 12 year old kid I’m 96!!!! Also, when I got the self titled record my history teacher was a huge fan, and I went to a Bartram High in SW Philly, not exactly known for punk rock music!! HaHa!!!
It was because of this album that my band hired Jim Goodwin to record our album back in 2005. Unfortunately Jim was in a bad spot in life while recording us. We mixed and mastered the album at Paramount Studios as well. Why don’t you guys ever release studio footage and stuff? Maybe a deluxe edition of an album that has blue ray or dvd with recording footage.
Because the bands that become superstars become superstars because girls cream their knickers over them, and guys want the girls that cream their knickers over the bands so they try to imitate the guys in the band. That was never gonna happen for Face to Face was it! Too real a band. There are exceptions to the rule of course, mostly gimmicks....Rancid had their ska gimmick (and a million clone ska bands) Offspring started writing pop songs, Nofx had stupid lyrics....Face to Face had no gimmicks. They'll always be very big with people who actually like music (which is a smaller percentage than the above mad fanatics) and especially musicians....especially on this album and Ignorance is bliss when they really kicked everything up several notches
This is my favorite F2F album, along side the Live album that was out soon after. I saw them live in Chicago for the first time opening for No Doubt on July 3 1997 during that time and it was great. It was the only show they played with ND on that tour and to this day, I'm not sure how/why they were on that show.

Hey Rob Kurth 👍🏻
I still have a flyer for a performance at the Victorville community center mid 90s
My favorite band of all time. So beyond happy Face To Face is still playing/creating ❤️👍🏻🎵
Definitely! Going to see them in April
i hear your music for so many years. Thank you. It was you that we start a band!!!!
This is one of the best albums of all time. You were underrated then, and you're underrated now. No way out but Through is amazing too. Your music has helped me through some tough times in my life. Thank you. I hope I get to see you guys live again sometime.
One of my most memorable shows. Club Baby Head, Providence, RI (97?). Thank Youuu!!!!
I thought that was Trevor on the album cover!! I was listening to these tracks a couple days ago. Thank you.
This album is still one of my favourites. Takes me right back to riding my bike around town and doing burnouts in my tempo in high school.
Greatest band to ever do it. Lifelong fan from here in Indiana !!!
this was the most definitive and influential album of my teenage years in Central California. thank you Face To Face!
Such a cool coincidence that Face To Face and Goldfinger were in the same building, at the same time, working on songs for albums that are two of my all-time favorites.
The bell brass snare rob refers to is also the snare on Nevermind & the Black Album.
First show I ever went to was Face to Face touring on this record with The Bouncing Souls and Automatic 7... always gonna hold this one close.
I actually have a space at that same rehearsal studios!! Feels awesome to know that this album was made there!! New inspiration!
I listen to this album several times a week.
Saw you guys for the first time in 91. Bought all the CDs and been a long life fan. I was 18 and to think of all your concerts I went to in socal was the best time of my life. Ty
One of my favs!!!
Need to write a book from beginning to end. All the stories would be amazing.
Few records are this consistent start to finish. To me, it holds up all of these years later.
Self titled was my very first punk “tape” I ever owned and got me into it, it’s memorized in my brain for sure.
Great memories and huge impact on my life in a positive way! Love you guys 💕🤗 50yrs old and still listen to you all. And all sk8i punk 80's bands I grew up on In Southern California.!😃😗
Wat r u doing later 🤩🤩🚫
I love this album and band so much.
Always have been my favorite band.
One of the greatest albums of all time in my book.

Thank you brings back some of the greatest moments in a lot of lives 🥳
I fell in love with this album in the first listening. All the melodies are so perfect, so catchy. The songs, always energetic. Too bad i couldn't find anyone to ship the vinyl to Brazil.
Ironically Ive been listening to ST on and off over the last couple of weeks...."Ordinary" is a give me goosebumps track.
I am so glad Trever and I share the same beard color, distinguished pimps! I love that music playing in the background throughout this!
This record and ignorance is bliss my god fucking masterpieces!!! I mean i love ALL face to face but these 2 records every song a fucking banger!
The self titled and Protection are my two favorite Face To Face albums!!!
The new one is the best one yet...from start to finish
One of the best albums out there
This is so great!
This album is the one that got me into punk rock. I still have the original on my desk.

これとBigchoiceは自分の中で永遠のフェイバリットアルバム
そして何よりこの動画でチャドとロブの現在が見れて嬉しい 笑

best record ever
This was the album that got me into punk.
I love and miss you guys. It makes me sad that we may never see each other again. I gained 25 pounds making that record.

I'm sorry. I'm doing much better now.
Classic album. Probably their best. I’ll never understand why they didn’t take off from that album.

What I mostly remember about working on that album is gaining about 25 pounds because we ate chili burgers and fries everyday for lunch.
Ah, rehearsal in LA. My old band worked out of Hully Gully.
👍🎶🎸⭐FACE TO FACE⭐🎸🎶👍
The new record reminds me of self titled
I remember them on warp tour and trevor had the coolest olive green khaki slacks
The first three F2F albums are excellent
Count how many times they say self titled...😂. Favorite band for sure
I saw them with Matt Riddle 3 times but I don't think I've seen them with Scott 🤔
This whole time it was flippin' Wade.
The best record

I was at that show too! Miss the 90's Chicago concert scene. Every single weekend there were multiple great shows to hit.
@@Phil-ey6yh Yeah, it was a good show.
We did a handful of shows on that No Doubt tour. Old friends of ours from back in the day.
❤
Mi álbum favorito de f2f
