I flew out from Chicago to Long Beach California to watch the live debut of this album at Alex's bar. One the best times of my life. The band did a nice meet and greet and gave out free signed cd and poster. The greatest punk band EVER! I think this may be one best albums they released and I think Dennis finally came into his own on this album and no longer do I miss Chad.

Punk purists have always come across as whiners to me. Betcha most of 'em have never played a single power chord never mind written any good songs. The really good shit, to me anyway, is very melodic, not just immature barking and snarling while playing two chords. So, if it's not "real" punk rock, that's fine with me.
I wish the guitars were louder, but this definitely reminds me of their S/T record from 1996, was it? My favorite Face To Face record is still Ignorance Is Bliss, though. That record was ahead of its time.

ok, i have listened to this through twice now. Gotta say Double crossed is my fav on the album but they are all great! Protection is pretty sweet too, bent but not broken is a great opening track! I am stoked! Really hope they come back to Saskatoon soon!!!

This whole album is really good, i was listening to it while driving at work and i was like "finally a good album from an old band" because Lagwagons album wasn't good, Millencolin's album wasn't that good, Good Riddances' new one was ok but this was really good. It's a combination of the S/T album, Reactionary, and Laugh Now Laugh Later and that last song could have been on Big Choice! I didn't have to skip 1 song in here. Now hopefully Trevor's voice can hold up live because the last video's I've seen of him his voice is shot kind of like Joey Cape and Russ Rankin
