I only know how disgusting an arm pump can be, while working out, like doing lat pulls and the arm is full of blood. It's really disgusting, but only during the set and a bit during the rest. Can't imagine how it feels having to stay on a bike. Must have been hell for quartarao. You could really see how uncomfortable he was, the way he said on the bike
@@zacharyradford5552 your arms feel like they are about to explode, you feel like you lose a lot of grip strength and overall it can be painful. Now imagine sitting on a bike at those speeds and having the feeling you can't hold on to your bike any longer
I do half a lap at my local track and I feel like I have to pull off because I can’t hold on, and because it hurts real bad. This was a problem at the end of last year and now I waste my time by only doing 5 laps at tracks.

So the result of arm pump is loss of grip strength? Was hoping the video would make it clear.
We have a couple other videos on Arm pump that may be more what your looking for.

Great progress!
@@johnny5941 update: this has stopped because I started riding differently.
I think the reason why your arm is like that in the morning is due to pressure
What kind of pressure?
