Now Chance, I know you don't have anything to do with the pricing, but gee wiz $300k for a modular when a site built can be built for that price or even cheaper using that same square footage. The only reason I'm mentioning this is in hopes that if enough folks do the same, then perhaps these companies you represent will come way down to more of a reasonable and realistic pricing range! I know my 14 year old would love it. The only thing I didn't see were the vents. I didn't notice them in the floor or ceiling. But everything else was perfect.
I would make a small change. Flip the stairs so they access the hall and make the foyer an actual mud room. Also maybe space under stairs possible storage for seasonal items.
Love the video. I’d change the master bathroom a little. Shorten the vanity, put the the toilet at the end. Take out the toilet room altogether. Move shower down where the toilet was. This would allow for a deeper master closet for more storage. I missed furnace location.

I have watched this video 3 times already and I think I love it more and more each time I watch it. I would tweak a few things to make it more customized but being a modular vs a mobile it can be easily done. Can you tell me if that was a king or a queen size bed in the master bedroom?

Looks like they took a lot of inspiration from 🇸🇪 Swedish houses 🇸🇪 in the exterior and colors. Not so much in construction, windows and interior layout and design.
Yeah Great job on the video Chance love the home but it would of been better off if the upstairs was finished already and I agree with the rest of the people I think $300 k is a bit to much for the upstairs not to be finished and no land with it but amazing home
I think the only thing I don't like about this home is the open floor plan. I cook a lot. Some of the foods don't smell good while cooking. Everyone makes the open floor plans, but I don't want food smells like salmon, or menudo, for example, leaving smells on my sofa in the living room. I wish there were more options that had the kitchen separated. I do love everything else about it tho.
