Getting up here was harder and more risky than last time, the snow was more obstructive, and the coldness was still just as bad. It was a nice catch, but I might have come close to getting frostbite and overcooling, and so I've decided to hold off on going to the curve until I the weather improves, and I can dress more warmly for it.

It's really nice whenever there's a train with all EMDs on it. Nothing against GE, but I do find it more rare and cool whenever the train has only EMDs.
Rare indeed, even if that ACC was trailing I’ve only one lead once. Other times it’s commonly an Ace leading the way.
Pardon, but what is so rare on that?🤔
Usually these days it’s GE’s that you see on intermodal trains. In my experience, it’s rare to see an intermodal train with only EMD’s on any end. You’re more often going to see either an all GE lash up on the head end, or a mixture of GE’s and EMD’s on the same end.
