I absolutely love when Oda does what he's done with King and Killer this arc. So many people clown on it when they declare that their captain will be King of the Pirates because we as viewers know that Luffy is the main character. In world though no one knows that and they all just look at Luffy as another pirate. It hits so hard when a vice captain shows their faith and determination in their captain, and especially here where there's no many parallels between King and Zoro. Both of them were prisoners saved by an upstart pirate, both of them are treated like friends and equals by their captains who care deeply about them. They've both made vows to never lose for the sake of their captains and are willing to become whatever kind of monster necessary to see their ambitions made reality. Above all else though they believe with all their heart that their captain is the man destined to become King of the Pirates. King easily stands up the rest of the vice captains/right hand men we've seen since entering the new world. Even though he lost he's still a fantastic character despite the fact we haven't had nearly as much time with him as we did with someone like Katakuri.
Facts 💯 Also, Zoro actually did have his own ambitions and dreams before meeting Luffy, while King was the last survivor of his race. Any hope in life he may have had has been broken and now only lives for Kaido. It makes sense that Zoro then has Conqueror's Haki, unlike King. Kaido and King are really the dark version of Luffy and Zoro.

This gotta be top 5 best One Piece fights. Man no, this gotta be one of the best fights in anime history. This was amazing. I'm stunned by the animation and fight choreography

Hands down, the hardest fight scene I've seen in years. I'm speechless. Truly Oda and the Animators can't be thanked enough for their hard work and dedication to bringing this fight to life in the perfect way. :')

Zoro is a conqueror and can use Advanced Coc, only a few of the strongest can. Also if Luffy didn't have his fruit, we know Zoro would be the one to hold it. Zoro is MC material lol

Absolutely love what the studio has done with all the big fights production wise, really doing the manga justice, this though has to be my favorite fight in Wano before you know what.

They snapped with this episode, absolutely amazing, we One Piece fans are eating. The extra bits of King's backstory and the additional fight scenes were fantastic. The end portion of the fight was the best action I've seen in One Piece. While I prefer Sanji v Queen from a character perspective mainly Sanji and his Germa stuff but when it comes to just action Zoro v King clears by far. Now there are only 2 big battles left, Kid & Law v Big Mom and Luffy v Kaido. Considering how Sanji v Queen and Zoro v King were done these fights are about to be amazing and as a Luffy fan, I can't wait to see the rest of his fight animated. I love your reactions and I know you're gonna be extremely hyped with the upcoming fights.
This episode was just…WOW!!! The best current episode right now. Zoro Was served Constant justice through this ENTIRE episode! 💯 (also love the content Michael)
Also , for a few frames when you see the colour exploud make sure to pause the video second per second, there are some shots that you all may like,. theres one that they painted zoro like a demon with horns for an split second, also a few transitions on king KID-With mask - no mask in purple colours for a split second as well, there were many i recomend you to do so they are pretty lit Pause it at the right moment after zoro says " king of hell" move attack , right when the screen turns wihite for a split second, theres the devil face, also when king does the first magma attack you pause it at the right time you will see the dope ass dragon coming out, when zoro uses his utlra tiger theres a black and white tiger face behind king, ocne you realize these make sure to pause it everytime when you see the colours explode there were many many many little split second art in between many moves that were just peak animation, hope you can check them all out
This episode literally showcased how scary a serious King is. Man was dishing out yonko caliber attacks. King is CLEARLY above the likes of Katakuri and Marco. He will absolutely DOMINATE them in a fight. 🔥

@Rajeshwar Bland character, how? Sure, he doesn't have a backstory on the same level of any of the strawhats, but I'm sure oda will give him an extra backstory like he did to sanji. Zoro has had a bunch of amazing moments and has shown some pretty decent character development. I mean, he's literally glue that has held the strawhats together on multiple occasions. Definitely not carried by animation, but go off, I guess 🤦👏
This was indeed animated at legend level. And what it made even more better was King. Been a long long time since Zoro fought seriously cause of lack of good opponents and screen time. and king, damnn he was wayyy beyond good level. Especially his Imperial Flame attack at the end. That is most insane level attack ever atleast by the visuals. And to think that its an AoE attack in an 1v1 fight yet still doing as good as top tier DPS skill, thats insane. Awesome episode

IDK if you saw the parallel but, King is literally the same as Zoro. A man who promised to his captain that he would never lose and become a person capable of being the right hand man of the pirate king. They were the same, and to keep his promise, Zoro crushed King's promise. NTM, Zoro is also kind of like the last person of his clan. JUST LIKE KING!
The greatest animated fight in all of One Piece. Made the Queen "fight" look like child's play. Zoro was always one of my favorite chars and the one I need to cosplay before I die. Z!

This episode was... idk how to describe it, i dont have words. And the best part is the Impact Frames, there are some amazing impact frames made by Vincent that are 1 second long in the episode and you are not even able to see them if you dont pause the video. This episode was a piece of art, the work put in this ep was amazing, i dont even know but The animators deserve the most appreciation in the world for what they did this episode. Edit: this episode was on par with ufotable Fate series animation , probably even better, i sorry i did not give Toei the appreciation they deserved till recently after i saw the wano arc and dragon ball super hero movie
When the main commanders of the boss fall, we know that it's time for the main fight(luffy V Kaido), and when the main fight is going to start, we know that the end of the Arc is near, and when the end is near, we know that we be getting news on whats going on in the "New World".🔥🔥🔥🔥.

The animation in the Sanji fight was awesome! But in this fight it was on another level! It was so epic especially when Zoro was cutting up the dragons, wow! To be honest I hope King is still alive, I would love to see a redeeming arc for him, it was kind of wholesome the relationship between him and Kaido
Fun fact: kings attack with the giant circle and the dragons weren’t drawn in the manga. It was only the final attack (extra large imperial flaming dtagon) that was drawn So toei not only popped off with the animation they also added the insane attacks

@Rajeshwar Bland character, how? Sure, he doesn't have a backstory on the same level of any of the strawhats, but I'm sure oda will give him an extra backstory like he did to sanji. Zoro has had a bunch of amazing moments and has shown some pretty decent character development. I mean, he's literally glue that has held the strawhats together on multiple occasions. Definitely not carried by animation, but go off, I guess 🤦👏

This was indeed animated at legend level. And what it made even more better was King. Been a long long time since Zoro fought seriously cause of lack of good opponents and screen time. and king, damnn he was wayyy beyond good level. Especially his Imperial Flame attack at the end. That is most insane level attack ever atleast by the visuals. And to think that its an AoE attack in an 1v1 fight yet still doing as good as top tier DPS skill, thats insane. Awesome episode

This episode was... idk how to describe it, i dont have words. And the best part is the Impact Frames, there are some amazing impact frames made by Vincent that are 1 second long in the episode and you are not even able to see them if you dont pause the video. This episode was a piece of art, the work put in this ep was amazing, i dont even know but The animators deserve the most appreciation in the world for what they did this episode.
Edit: this episode was on par with ufotable Fate series animation , probably even better, i sorry i did not give Toei the appreciation they deserved till recently after i saw the wano arc and dragon ball super hero movie

The animation in the Sanji fight was awesome! But in this fight it was on another level! It was so epic especially when Zoro was cutting up the dragons, wow! To be honest I hope King is still alive, I would love to see a redeeming arc for him, it was kind of wholesome the relationship between him and Kaido

Fun fact: kings attack with the giant circle and the dragons weren’t drawn in the manga. It was only the final attack (extra large imperial flaming dtagon) that was drawn
